Moot It Out! is the Nyayārth Club’s flagship initiative, giving students a real taste of courtroom advocacy. Beyond law, it turns learning into a hands-on experience, fostering critical thinking, confident expression, and ethical reasoning.
Aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF, the program blends research, drafting, teamwork, and public speaking skills that extend far beyond the courtroom. Students debate pressing social and legal issues, learning to respect diverse perspectives, engage in meaningful dialogue, and balance rights with responsibilities.
